I see 0:00 GMT +0 on worldometers graphed data; accordingly, I interpret that to be:

0:00 GMT +0 ... which converts to, for example, Atlantic ADT-3 @ 21:00 previous day or... Pacific PDT-7 @17:00 previous day

Thanks for that, I must have missed it but it sounds right.
As to the deaths for today, not good news for the Dems and their media.

You think the number of deaths on a single day has an impact on electoral chances for Dems?  Why?   That makes no sense.

Utah going to start letting old people die due to hospitals being overwhelmed.

Quote
With new coronavirus cases shattering records on a daily basis, Utah’s hospitals are expected to begin rationing care in a week or two.
That’s the prediction of Greg Bell, president of the Utah Hospital Association, who said administrators of the state’s hospitals confronted Gov. Gary Herbert on Thursday with a grim list: Criteria they propose doctors should use if they are forced to decide which patients can stay in overcrowded intensive care units.

Texas is becoming a crisis as well.

But...  at least these places didn’t “shut down”.  lol

In the real world the death rate in the US from Covid is going to quite likely reach 1000 again today and that could be an indication that the deaths are catching up to the infections.

If the deaths continue to climb as they very well might, it's not going to play well for Trump!

It shouldn't. But we're all Canadians. How do people really respond to COVID-19 in the US.

Are people numb to the numbers now?

Trump is childlishly saying COVID! COVID! COVID! He's frustrated that it's being pinned to him.

Many Americans are scoffing at the worst possibilities. I  don't believe that's false bravado for the sake of politics. They truly are convinced they have nothing to worry about.

Even we Canadians aren't convinced yet.

I'm suggesting the possibility of something very scary that outstrips the previous outbreak times 10 or even much more?
Put that on the back burner for now.

Well, at least it's a 'good day' for the Dems.   ::)

That's so true! We Canadians don't need to pretend that the Dems aren't celebrating a higher infection and death rate.

She’s being sarcastic.  She thinks what you said is just as idiotic as I do, but she’s too polite to say so.

Please answer the questions I asked.

900+ cases in Ontario.  Looking very bleak for the province unless some drastic steps are taken.

https://www.thestar.com/politics/provincial/2020/10/29/ontario-sees-jump-in-covid-19-cases-to-934-the-fourth-highest-level-on-record.html?rf

But Premier Ford has lost the plot on this....   wrongly states the numbers are getting better.  Huh??   Is this a conservative strategy?  Just say things are getting better regardless of the facts?   And he was doing so well....

The jury still isn't in for the US on their death rate.
https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/country/us/

But a couple of days with totals to 1000 is an indication of trouble. And today's looks like it will be roughly a thousand. It's enough to keep Trump on the hook for his malfeasance but not enough to sink him completely yet. The next few days before the elction are super critical.

All of that of course providing that the books aren't being cooked for either Trump or Biden?

What does your Russian news site tell you?  Which conspiracy do you believe today?

RT.com is always solid for Trump. It's really not important to me if you find that meaningless.
Oh, and antiwar.com is pretty much solid for Trump too, although they still do have some dissenters.

On the whole, it can be said that both of them are meaningless to the general population of Canada. I just choose to be informed of their political leanings.

I've afforded you the courtesy of a reply but it may be the last time I do if you can't pull yourself together.

From RT.com
https://www.rt.com/op-ed/504941-american-power-biden-trump-blame/

More in tune with the truth than the US media itself.

It was a rhetorical question, as that site is complete junk and what it says is completely irrelevant.
