The flat line I mean is number of cases, so population shouldn't have anything to do with it. They had the same number of people when the curve was super high.
I didn't think one dose did enough to have THAT much of difference, especially with Delta. Maybe it does.

I found an article from NY Times, dated September 17, 2021 that talked about an 'explosion' of cases ... but didn't find anything else substantiating that so I don't know if it's accurate.

But if the virus will burn itself out shortly everywhere, that would be great.
