(while, apparently, presuming to disregard/discount Russian influence in electing Trump)
separate from discussing the merits (if any) of Harper's spiel, just what is Harper's end game here? Just to sell books... or is Harper angling for something else here? Surely he's aware Scheer has a lock on the Harper2.0 brand/persona - surely!
