No, American born voters of any sex, race, gender, ethnicity. I never said that it was pushed in the recent stimulus. But it’s been pushed at the state level for years. It’s only a matter of time before it’s pushed nationally.

Regardless, I tend to agree with Andrew Cuomo. Cuomo, on WAMC, says there are "downsides" to voting by mail: "It's a harder system to administer, and obviously it's a harder system to police writ large. People showing up, people actually showing ID, is still the easiest system to assure total integrity."
I didn't see this thread at first, so excuse me for not responding to it for some time.
I helped the same mayor get elected, actually. But I disagree with him on this. What's the point of citizenship in any country if anyone who shows up can affect your elections?
