Okay. North Dakota then, which doesn't even have a city and has less than half the population. Once community transmission is established, it's very hard to get rid of, and Trump was still calling it a hoax when there was already community transmission down there. That's why their shyteshow is the worst of all covid shyteshows on the planet. Trudeau can be commended for keeping the numbers down here given our large border and their total incompetence.
