Climate change is not a threat to humans.  A temperature increase of 1 degree isn’t a threat at all.  Furthermore, isn’t not going to an issue at all in the future unless we think technology isn’t going to change over the next 50 years.

Regardless, I’d respect the opinion of climate alarmists if they actually gave a crap about the largest carbon producers, China and India.  But they don’t.  Climate change is such an urgent emergency that China has until 2030 to make any reductions, and even that is voluntary.

Fack off.

Actually I was referring to how we never hear climate change denials from people who have a clue about what they're talking about anymore. Of course we still hear it from the idiots.

Oh, sorry your point is irrelevant and doesn't address any of the pressing issues, got it.  You literally contribute nothing to this forum.  Wow.

You make me laugh.  Anyways, you let me know when you're squared up the "climate change is an urgent issue" but China, the number one carbon emitter, is allowed to keep increasing emissions for the next 8 years.

“Is allowed”? Who is going to stop them, idiot?

Exactly, under the Paris Accord, it's voluntary anyways.  So it's all meaningless.  It's useful idiots like you and Trudeau that hamstring Canada's economy and Canadians, while China will continue to do what it wants.  It's all symbolism.  At least you admit it.

If it's all symbolic why do you whine about it so much?

c'mon Shady, that ole' chestnut has no legs!

notwithstanding the fact China has actually provided a NDC emissions improvement target update to its 2015 Paris Agreement NDC commitment, riddle me this Shady:
=>if a country... any country... pledged to reach peak emissions by 2030, how would that country reach that peak target without beginning mitigating reductions in 2015 on-through-to today and on-through-to 2030?

Anyone can set unenforceable targets.  Regardless, if climate change is an urgent crisis, how can we wait for countries to "peak" 8 years from now?  Anyways, you wanna make a bet on if 2030 will actually be China's peak?  Legit a thousand dollars it isn't.  Put your money where your China regime defending mouth is, hey!

clearly you can't grasp the concept of policies driving mitigating emission reduction actions working towards a peak target... your "waiting to peak" comment showcases your ignorance! Your 2030/8 years reference reinforces you haven't a clue as to what the updated China NDC commitment actually is!

Is the environment ok with waiting until China’s board?

It appears the "alarmists" weren't nearly alarmist enough.
