I don't think it was excised. All of its spam threads still seem to exist, and the account appears to still be valid.
I think it just signed up, dumped its load of spam, then left. (Not like it would need to stick around to defend itself.)
Yes, the forum was lucky that this guy was a drive by troll and dint stay long.
