Looks like the forum might have just had a drive-by spamming by a new user named mikasa.... a dozen new threads (most created in sub-forums where they don't belong.... a thread about monkeypox under 'administration', a thread about the U.S./China under the 'Canadian' forum. And most of them seemed to be disorganized stream-of-content bunk.
Might it make sense to limit the ability of posters to:
- Only create new topics if they have posted to other topics first
- Have to wait at least an hour after registering to make a post
