Dumb culture

Is there a way to turn this off?  Do we really have to mark people's posts with insults?  Is this a wonderful way to foster respectful debate between grown adults?

1st prize to 1st person to mark this as "dumb" lol

I can't turn off just dumb, I have to turn it all off.  I like the reactions.

purrfect! The shyte-faced burrowing weasel took exception to having his most indiscriminate dumb-tagin' highlighted... once again. As I said in the post he's now deleted, it clearly gives the member squiggy purpose to simply dismiss other members time/effort in researching and posting - to dismiss those posts with a mightySquiggyDumbTag! Clearly, in regard the waldo's posts, the azzhole squiggy also took exception to having his "clever ruse" (LOL) in substituting the informative tag for the dumb tag revealed. Talk about squiggyButthurtin in having board stats reveal the weasel's penchant for dumb tagin'!
