Doug Ford's 28-year-old nephew Michael Ford, newly first-time elected MPP, appointed to 'Doug Ford Cabinet' as Citizenship and Multiculturalism Minister:

The opposition New Democrats charged it was nepotism and questioned the appointment of a white minister for multiculturalism with “dubious” qualifications.
When asked about nepotism, Michael Ford insisted his relationship to the premier played no role in his appointment; “I completely dismiss that,” he told reporters.
For his part, Doug Ford defended the appointment — the first time in Ontario history a premier has included a family member in cabinet — citing his nephew’s “experience” as a trustee and councillor.
