Once again your lack of comprehension is breathtaking to behold!!!!!

I never said the provincial government is responsible for snow removal on city streets. I said they had provincial guidelines which dictate how soon cities should have their roads cleared.

The City of Toronto failed miserably on that front then. Snow Removal was happening days after the storm.

There was a clear and present issue of scores of cars getting stuck, heck my car got stuck in this storm for a bit.

Sure it was a political stunt, but helping people who were stuck was a noble thing to do.
