It appears that the pharmaceutical distribution industry in Ontario is violating the law and increasing our drug prices by about 40%. The biggest violator is McKesson, who also own the retail entities Guardian, IDA, and Uniprix. They are giving illegal kickbacks to retail pharmacies in the range of 50%-70% the cost of the drug. They need to be brought to court, and have all their assets confiscated and the executive, directors, and sales department put in jail.
