I just wanted to say goodbye. I’ve enjoyed my short period of time here. But I can’t participate in a forum where people that you’re discussing issues with can arbitrarily decide to delete your posts. I enjoyed catching up with old faces, especially kimmy and waldo. Yes even waldo. I’d love to stay, but it’s obvious that certain opinions in this forum will be handicapped, simply because somebody doesn’t like their point of view. Take care, and stay safe.

Several people on this forum are intolerant of opinions to the right of their own. Diversity is our strength, unless it's diversity of opinion, then it's STFU & go eff yourself.
These opinions trigger you guys so hard the insults just start flying out of your mouths. So much anger, resentment. Debate turrns to arse when emotions get involved. I don't blame JMT for not moderating this place himself, he is not a daycare worker.

measured intolerance versus stooopid moderation. Deleting anyone's posts shouldn't be... tolerated! Of course, certain members can be a 'bear' at times; engage to a point - if you're painfully outmatched/outwitted/bettered, then pull a member Shady (i.e., "agree to disagree"). In any case, if you believe you're being repeatedly spammed (as was the said excuse given), ignore it and move on... what point does deleting another member's posts make?

Funny. I delete his posts from my status updates on MLW all the time just to be irritating. I think getting trounced by waldo scared him off.

I made it policy here quite long ago now that threads are policed by their creator. I only step in if something is reported...and still I usually don't.

I’ve been advised by members of the forum, to instead put the offended echo chamber loving troll/snowflake on ignore. Thus allowing me to continue discussion with the non troll/snowflakes of the forum. I think I’m going to try this advice out, as most in this forum seem to be open to various points of view. I don’t like putting people on ignore, because I like to hear all points of view, but in this particular case, it might be worth it. Take care and stay safe everyone! Sincerely,

Good point. Apparently somebody indicating that all this decision means is regulation of abortion is left up to the states is considered trolling by the Squidiot. He deletes other people's posts too, like waldo's I believe. It's actually pretty funny.
