We have a deal. A start at reducing our dependence on US markets? Hopefully.

A deal is never a deal:

The vote should close the drawn-out approval process across the 28 member states, where some governments and legislations had tried to modify or scupper the deal. The Netherlands could conceivably still block the deal if it demands an advisory national referendum.

I guess the Netherlands will have to look at its own position in the EU if it comes to that. If this agreement doesn't I go, I don't think it will be possible for the EU to ratify any more trade agreements than it already has. They will just become another isolationist block.
