The many ways woke culture harms all institutions subjected to it. Canada's government now seems to regard equity and diversity hiring plans as a much more important consideration in awarding science grants than the science itself. Imagine this freak trying to suggest he should be hiring on merit! Wow! What country was he born in!? Obviously not Canada!
An award-winning Canadian scientist said he has been refused two federal government grants for his research on the grounds of “lack of diversity” — even though he is originally from India and has repeatedly suffered racism.
Patanjali Kambhampati, a professor in the chemistry department at Montreal’s McGill University, believes the death knell for the latest grant was a line in the application form where he was asked about hiring staff based on diversity and inclusion considerations. He says his mistake was maintaining that he would hire on merit any research assistant who was qualified, regardless of their identity.

Prof loses grant for not being racist or sexist, just wow.
I can confirm that the federal gov is very racist and sexist when it comes to hiring, especially in supervisory/management/executive positions. Virtually none of it is based on sound social science.
"Diversity", "inclusion", and "equity" are code words for anti-white racism and anti-male sexism. Prove me wrong.
