No, Republicans are too busy phoning bomb threats into children's hospitals, harassing small town librarians and trafficking asylum seekers to worry about inflation or the economy.

That was not a constructive conversation from the video.

You can't project blame on an individual for the sins of an entire racial group.  Also, I don't think being that aggressive towards the white women is going make any race relations better.  There's nothing wrong with expressing surprise at something that is surprising from the perspective of someone who isn't black living in the US South and doesn't have to deal with that fear.

Also, saying white women have never done anything for black women is a wild overexaggeration.  Many white women were supporters of the civil rights movement in the 60's, many voted for Obama etc.

Those 2 women are a bit nuts.

Both sides.

One side has some whackjobs, the other is whackjobs all the way down.They are not the same.

So basically they don't want to meet with white women to discuss racial issues, they want to meet with them so they can lecture them on how racist and bad they are and then tell them how to fix it.  Why would anyone go to such a dinner to be lectured?

What does that have to do with anything we're talking about though?  It's just whattaboutism.  The GOP being filled with alt-right wackjobs isn't an argument to excuse it when some people on the left are wackjobs.  But it's a great excuse for Black Dog to never have to criticize anything dumb anyone who calls themselves a progressive might do.  Only a culture warrior would deal in such absolutes.  Are we in a d!ck-swinging contest here or are we looking at how to best deal with societies issues?
