I don't have a site for this yet but the reports say a woman who was a disgruntled employee went to her workplace in in Baltimore and shot 5 people killing 3 and then tried to commit suicide by shooting herself in the head, twice, but somehow failed and is now in hospital in critical condition. Talk about guns getting into the wrong peoples hands!
