I thought this was funny. It's from the signing of the new Canada US Mexico trade agreement. Everybody is watching Trump sign, with a big felt marker, and they all appear quite bemused, to say the least.
Many commenters thought the best part is Trudeau staring into the camera like Jim from "The Office" with that look of blank resignation on his face. For me, the funniest part is Chrystia Freeland trying to keep a straight face, even though she's clearly dying of laughter.

edit to add: the below image illustrates why Trump uses a Sharpie to sign documents: it makes his signature look bigly and important! It really jumps off the page, very commanding, very tremendous signature, everybody loves it, everybody is very impressed by his signature.
This article explains that Trump felt that the expensive pens he was issued write very badly. He grabbed a Sharpie and started using that instead. Since he's the President, he felt that he needed a custom Sharpie. "So, I called up the folks at Sharpie and I said, 'do me a favor, can you make the pen in black? Can you make it look rich?'"
"Can you make it look rich?" is probably also what he asked the guy who painted his toilet gold.
