Somehow the verified fact of Al Gore making false claims to further his climate agenda hurt the feelings and got the back up of all the left-leaning culture warriors in here and they proceeded to legitimate his false claims.

From now on I'm ignoring all culture warrior and partisan response in this thread to avoid further derailment.  Good faith criticisms of my posts are still welcome.
These people, for some reason, rush to the defence of the rich and powerful.  Much like the mainstream media.  The media used to hold these people accountable.  Now they’re just stenographers and defenders.  I’ve being avoiding those kinds of responses as well, but in most topics.

I believe you don't know enough about epidemiology to determine what was a good judgment call at a given point in the pandemic. Changing information over time does not equal "lies." I have said many times I know next to nothing about epidemiology. I'm not even sure I'm spelling it correctly. But I know enough to know that to make the judgment that Tam was "lying" with so little evidence is only proof you don't even comprehend the context of what you're talking about.
And when faced with someone acknowledging that reality, your only response must be to have a tantrum about culture wars or something.
