I can't tell, I was just going by what the article said. It mentions that most presidents (Trump being the exception, obviously) don't wear expensive watches. Gaudy displays of wealth don't focus-group well, or something. Joe apparently doesn't care what the focus-group thinks of his watch. He likes his Ray Bans, he likes his Corvette, and he likes his Omega. I can relate to that. I like nice things as well, and while I can't afford things as nice as Joe, I would totally wear them if I could.

Seems like Joe likes nice things but he is hardly ostentatious. Ray Bans aren't Cartier, a stainless Seamaster isn't a gold Rolex and a Corvette isn't a Bugatti Veyron. All or some of the stuff he has is attainable for most people if they really want them.
Although his is 67 Vette would be worth some serious cash these days depending on condition, engine, originality etc. Wonder when he bought it.
