First headhunter today was very approachable, knowledgeable, well-connected but young.

He's pushing for a $10/hr raise for me at another bank.

Let's see where this goes.  He's #1 on my list at present.

Also - his background is a PhD thesis in Shakespearean studies, go ARTS !
