Ok. Have now landed in a new spot at a bank. I will have to figure out a way to let them know that I need to take parental leave
but that's for later, after probation. The penny will drop once I tell them, though, and it will hopefully make them realize that I am there for the long haul.
For now I am taking about a dozen orientation courses online including - yes - inclusion and diversity training. I believe they may have actually got a trans actor to voice the animated character in the trans tolerance chapter, which is nice.
This is the culture of the liberal technocrat, and it is pervasive. I am comfortable with it.
