If you could visit any era in the past, what era would you choose?

I have been thinking the Jurassic might be nice... tropical weather, solitude, wouldn't have to deal with people.  Wildlife might be a bit of a problem.

I have always, for some reason, been fascinated by the 1930s. I like the way things looked then. But people seem to have been a little insane, so I'm not sure I would enjoy it much.
Maybe if I went back to 1889 to kill baby Hitler first, it might not be so bad though.

Pre-contact North America would be pretty interesting to me.

I'd be happy to tag along to give you a hand with "the project". If I can't get there, give him a shot for me too.

I got an ad for a carpet sweeper.  You must have a better computer...

Just luck of the draw I guess. I tried to go back and ended up with a recreation of the recent Max8 crash.

The lack of modern conveniences such as sewage disposal, electric lighting and heating, antibiotics et. al. would make such a journey unpleasant after a day or two. Going anywhere with significant human population would probably result in non-stop vomiting from the smells. Go places without a human population would require 24x7 labour doing nothing but acquiring the necessities of life (the hunter gather lifestyle is time consuming).

In short, I will take my time travel in movies where is it is nicely sanitized with interesting plot lines...

I would go back to when you thought you were straight and ask you out.  Just figured out though, you would have been 18 and me 40 so scratch that.

I would go back to last Thursday.  I would put a little less peanut butter and a little more jam in the sandwich I took for lunch.  Yeah!
