If they don't like they have a simple solution: walk away from projects unless they get more pay. Their whindging is more for show and should be classed as a negotiating tactic. There is no injustice here. The concern will go away on its own.
So you're saying walking away is an acceptable negotiating tactic but complaining about the imbalance is not? Yeah that makes a lot of sense!
