Raptors regain home court advantage!  With Klay Thompson joining the already injured Warriors players on the sidelines, the Raptors took advantage of a great opportunity.

Raptors got balanced scoring and 3 point shooting from Green and Van Fleet; the Warriors got 47 points from Steph Curry and their next closest guy had 17.

I read an article before the series that mentioned that Golden State never lose if they score more than 110 points, and interestingly they have scored exactly 109 points in all 3 games in this series.

Wow to me.

You aren't supposed to say stuff like this out loud!  It is bad luck.  Now if they lose game four it is entirely your fault!

Superstitious much ?  Actually, when I don't watch or listen they win - so I won't tonight.

MAN THAT WAS HARD.  Didn't have the news on... almost forgot to turn off CP24... almost saw updates on my phone...

Didn't get a single inkling of what was going on... until I heard cheering and horn honks in my quiet neighbourhood.

And Monday night I am going to the 3rd Raptors game I have ever seen.   :)

Oh.
My.
God.

So you're basically not even watching the finals but you're going to Game 5?  You're a ****.  But ya, you'll be attending the biggest game in the history of Toronto and likely Canada since Joe Carter hit the walk-off in Game 6 of the 1993 World Series.  If the Raptors win that will be solidified.

I didn't watch the last one BECAUSE I wanted them to win.  I was at the Skydome viewing party when the Jays won in 1992.

I hope they win.  I don't know how I will make it work for employment Tuesday.

I think I would have a hard time enjoying it because I would just be thinking about what I could have sold the tickets for.

Well... here's the thing.  I am accompanying someone who needed a friend to go with him so I really CAN'T flip the ticket, without burning a relationship to a couple that are life-long friends.  So... no.

I do feel Christian guilt, though, like I don't deserve this fortune.  People are mocking me for that.  My wife laughed in my face.

That's the perfect situation. You didn't pay ridiculous money and you can't even sell the ticket, so all you can do is enjoy it. Even if basketball is really boring.

I didn't watch the last one BECAUSE I wanted them to win.

So what you're saying is that amongst the many millions of Raptors fans, you personally have magical powers that determines or influences whether the Raptors win or lose?

You should contact the Raptors front office immediately.

The Raptors won.  I didn't watch.  I only found out when someone barrelled down our silent residential street at 3 am honking their horn.
