So ... uh, why don't library computer stations have a little more privacy?

I mean, disregarding the **** issue, people without personal computers of their own might rely on the library computer for things like banking, sending job applications, reading personal email, or any number of other reasonable uses where someone might not want a mom and her yard-apes watching over his shoulder.
