I know everyone is really excited about the multiple threads discussing Muslims and Islam and I hate to take away your attention from a topic that is often so overlooked, but has anyone been following this story?

Apparently a woman and her kids were in the library and they witnessed a man watching explicit **** on a public computer station.  At first the library shrugged and muttered a little meh about personal freedoms, but as the controversy grew, they've now decided it's not a good idea.

First, let me say that I am not anti-**** by any means; I would even consider myself a fan.  I also have no issues with my present or previous partners watching **** and I cringe when people think it's cheating or destructive even in moderation.

But... in a library?!?  Oh god no.  There is a time and place for everything and I can't believe there was ever a question of whether or not someone's right to watch **** should override the freedom of others to go to a public library without seeing unwanted sexual imagery on a computer screen.

Does anyone here think the library is making the wrong call on this issue?

Was it a Muslim man?   Just kidding.   ;)

I agree the library is not the place to be looking at ****.  The library has sort of tightened its policy, but its still not against the rules.  Apparently most libraries have similar **** friendly policies.  Weird.
