When putting a ladder against a structure, you are supposed to follow the 1 in 4 rule (ie. 1 unit out from building for every 4 units of height). This ladder seems to follow that rule almost perfectly, and if you look at the base of the items it is standing on they also follow the slope of the ladder.
I don't know. If that is in Toronto, I bet a stiff breeze in Vancouver could set that cinder block to rolling...
