Bengals at Chiefs

The kimmo picks: Chiefs win 27 - 23.  Faced with another off-season of answering questions like "Patrick, why can't you beat the Bengals" or "Patrick, isn't Joe Burrow amazing?" I believe that Patrick will literally Hulk Out and score the game-winning touchdown touchdown while carrying seven defenders on his back. If the Chiefs don't win today they are going to be hearing talk about how they have been so dominant for so long yet only have one Superb Owl to show for it, people asking if their window has closed, whether they need to make drastic changes to get back to the championship, and this sort of thing.  I don't think they are ready for that yet, and I think Mahomes will be looking at this as a career defining moment. I imagine that he takes this very personally. Ankle or not, he won't accept not getting back to the Superb Owl and he won't accept losing to Joe Burrow.

49ers at Eagles

the kimmo picks: 49ers win 24 to 19. I have seen the 49ers a lot more than the Eagles this season, so I am  biased, but I just feel like the 49ers defense is so overpowering that it will pull them through. Both of these teams are capable of scoring a lot of points, but I think this will be a defensive battle. I think either of these teams would win the Superb Owl game.

I hope you’re right, especially the 49ers.
