Nas Daily - a guy who has been travelling around the world making 1-minute videos about the places and people he visits. He's an Arab-Isreali, but not religious. He posted the videos on Facebook, and eventually amassed a considerable following. He's now expanded his initial idea to 'Nas Daily Global', which invites people from different parts of the world to share their stories. The stories are submitted and only the 10 best are posted; stories that demonstrate real feelings, emotions and passions are the ones that get approved.
The posts are inspiring and heart-wrenching. Stories about people from war zones starting over in different countries. Stories about men and women around the world who gave up good jobs to help others; they are happier, but poorer. Stories about people who grew up in extreme poverty, but through perseverance and passion created a much better life for themselves. So many stories, so many different perspectives. Nas Daily said it best ... "This week .... I found myself talking with a “Feudalist Lord” in Pakistan, an anonymous woman in Gaza, a paraplegic climber at Everest and so many more."
I don't know if anyone here will be interested, but if you like learning about other people and other viewpoints, along with inspiration, then I invite you to look them up if you are on Facebook.
