You really have to put those people on Ignore. I had to put a good conservative poster on 'ignore' because he kept lying and saying I was trying to ban opinions that I didn't *like*.
There's only so much time in the day. Once you realize that every post you make to someone is a tiny bit of work you're doing for them, you will be more selective I think
