Life Hacks Culture
« on: March 25, 2023, 07:56:59 am »
I thought we had a category for this, but I couldn't find it.

Number one rule for organization put a whiteboard up in your kitchen with things to do soon and today.

Sanity sounds oppressive.

What sad universe do you willingly inhabit?

Post it notes.  You can take them with you.

Plus, if your fridge is white, do you need a white board?  Genuine question.  I've never tried those pens on a fridge.

One where I happily don't have to remember to do anything.

My boss has tried to convert me to the Asana online project management tool but I can't quit putting post-its on my monitor lol.

Wife, every 2 seconds: "Breathe"
Bubber: "gasp"

I tried that.  Sucks majorly.

Post its are better, as long as you use a freeware Gantt tool out of public view to make sure all is on track.

Learn the trucker hitch and the bowline.  The only 2 knots you’ll ever need.

And if you can’t tie knots, tie lots.

Plastic catch-all in the space between car seats in the van.

Include: wipes, individually packaged almonds, water (in the summer or it will freeze even in Toronto), coins hidden from view (to use in shopping carts) and flashlights

Befriend elderly people with lots of money and no family. If you're lucky, one might leave you everything.

Wrong the only knot you ever need is the four-in-hand.
