Lets talk (learning) music

I have owned a lovely locally hand crafted Laravee guitar for some time and have had a few lessons and studied from a book, and I can pull a few chords out of it. Then recently I have been getting an ad in my inbox coaxing me to sign up for online lessons. Anybody ever tried those and how did they work? For any instrument.

Also - how old are you ?

I am going to push you to playing some songs of your generation and singing them.  That is a joy whether it's Peter, Paul and Mary or Neil Young or New Order or Nirvana or Gotye
