My friend said that Goose Bay is better than Labrador City, although he may be bias, having grown up in Goose Bay.
Believe it or not but over the time I worked there, if I met you in Goose Bay but you were just visiting, I could tell where you came from on the coast, north or south, by listening to your accent. I really enjoyed my time there.
