I hate Kim City. It’s a dump. Rednecks and bikers abound. While there are amazing sights and plenty of great wineries nearby, the town itself is a shithole. Vernon to the north and Pentocton to the south are much more pleasant.
Don't know about the dump part but I agree that Penticton and Vernon are now more livable cities in comparison. Didn't used to be but the Coquihalla changed everything.
