I think you people are all missing the point of the OP, which is how your being an introvert or extrovert impacts your writing, your opinions, your beliefs, and how you state them and what you care and how you post about it.

For example, I am a notorious problem solver. Every time I hear about something that isn't working, be it a relationship or a government program, my mind instantly starts considering ways to fix it. This has caused some... issues in real life. For example, my persuading two female colleagues who were feuding to have a coffee together which almost degenerated into a cat fight in the cafeteria.

In terms of my posting, I think most of you have read enough of my complaints about various government policies and programs over the years to see this 'problem solving' fixation of mine. Whether it's health care, natives, the military, immigration, taxation or government efficiency, I remain frustrated by all the problems that no one is even attempting to fix.

What makes you think no-one is attempting to fix them?  You aren't the only problem solver in the world and other people with more knowledge, skill or pull then you have could be well on the way to solving these problems already, even if you can't see them and even if you disagree with their solutions.

If you're such a self proclaimed "problem solver", how come you seem, by your own admission, to be failing so badly? Perhaps you're simply inflating problems to keep an inflated ego occupied.

It might have escaped your notice, but I don't have the power to influence any of these major issues. And as my own personal life contents me I have no reason to inflate my already considerable ego.

I can see, however, where your well-deserved inferiority complex causes you to strike out at your betters in desperate hope of attention.

Okay, what is being done about health care? As far as I'm aware, nothing. We don't get as good a system as European countries who pay the same, and it's becoming more unsustainable, becoming the program which ate the provinces. Why isn't that being addressed? Why hasn't it been addressed for the last decade?  Why does the government pay so much attention to renegotiating NAFTA when an internal free trade agreement among the provinces would benefit us far more? Why isn't that being addressed? When is someone going to do something to address the native issue beyond minor tweaking?

"My betters"? It seems your ego is getting well away on you again.

Which is why my original post said that you "lacked the pull" ....

Trump has a lot of ego, too.

I completely understand that having a smart woman challenge you so much is hard to take, but if it makes you feel better to think you are 'better' than me, go right ahead.  It's what misogynistic men have always done, despite all evidence to the contrary.

I hate to bring this up to you, but that post you replied to was very clearly not even addressed to you. I answered YOUR post politely.

Yup, I did miss that.  Apology extended then.
