I've seen one of those Tatras at a show. Might have been that car. Good chance I would think.

The one I ran into (figuratively, luckily) looked just like the one in the video. No paint just highly polished steel. Aluminum, air cooled rear engine tells you maybe aviation people were involved in the design. Buddy also turned the headlights on and showed me how the center one was connected to the steering wheel to help you see around corners at night.
