I am totally on drugs right now.

My pupils are dilated to the size of pie-plates because of some eye-drops I received at the optometrist's office.  I look like I'm tripping balls. Seriously I look like an owl. My pupils are so wide you could stick a candle in my mouth and my eyes would glow like a Jack o'lantern.  It's either hilarious (if you're not me) or a little worrying (if you're me.)

I've also ingested a bunch of pain-killers.

Also, I've ingested a bunch of alcohol in a desperate attempt to self-medicate.

Things aren't going that great right now.

Let's talk about drugs! Who's high right now?  Are you on drugs? What drugs are you on?

 -k

Why are you in pain and why are you mixing drugs and alcohol? That's far too dangerous and the results are far too unpredictable.
You can mix Tylenol and Advil, safe enough if you're careful. Codeine is also an option, depending on how you react to that. It's available over the counter either with Tylenol or aspirin. You can also try adding CBD oil, either with or without THC, depending on how buzzed you want to get. CBD oil has few real side effects and none of them are dangerous AFAIK.

I'm on meds for bipolar disorder (see the anxiety thread) and other stuff besides. None of it makes me trip balls, alas.

40 years and thousands of dollars later and I have never come upon something "laced" with something else. I have seen different people react in wildly different ways to the same psychedelics though.

Agree here.   Even someone well experienced can have very different experiences when they use.

Enjoyed a smoke when I was in the US.

Feels like an old friend coming to visit, when it works.

Of course there's always a bit of a risk that some local will rat on you, and we were at an almost empty golf resort so that was weird but...

When it works it works.
