I don't think anybody considers Boston beating Toronto an upset.
The Islanders beating the Penguins wasn't an upset if you rank them on regular season standings, although many people probably picked the Penguins just based on star power.
The Sharks beating the Golden Knights wasn't an upset if you rank them on regular season standings, although many people probably picked the Knights just based on their playoff success vs San Jose's seemingly cursed playoff history.
The Blues beating the Jets is an upset if you rank them based on standings, but the Blues were one of the league's best teams in the second half of the season.
And Washington is still a good bet to make the second round, because neither team in this series has won a road game.
