Definitely impressive stats for both of them, but how many, many years younger was McDavid when he had played 152 games?

Robertson is also shooting an absurd and unsustainable 21.5% lol.

But I stand by my prediction about both the Leafs and the Jets.
This is a heckuva prediction! 😂
So Jets and Leafs won’t make the playoffs huh?  Jets are first in their division and the Leafs are second in theirs.  Like I said, don’t make predictions based on a limited sample size.  It’s never a good idea.

You still feel stupid for saying I have no idea about hockey because I said the Clarkson contract was terrible? I don't blame you.

But there's still lots of hockey left and the Leafs goaltending and defence are terrible. Good luck but it's a tight division and I still don't think they'll make it.

The Leafs goaltending is one of the best in the league.  I’m beginning to think that you don’t actually watch any hockey.

Brief hot streak. They shall settle into their identity, as will the Jets.

Right.  The first 28 games is a “brief” hot streak.

Based on what I know from friends kids, I wouldn't put my kid in competitive hockey.  Why would I want to pay to turn him into an arse and hang with some crazy parents?  Maybe house league.

Nonsense.  28 games isn’t a brief anything.  Just take the loss, again.

What is the reason for the latest trend of a fight breaking out whoever somebody gets hit with a really good clean hit?  It didn’t used to be like that.

While Moneypuck has the Jets as the team most likely to win the Stanley Cup this year, they also have the Sabres ahead of the Leafs.
Analytics are weird.

Got my kid their first pair of skates and a helmet. Hope to take her out to the rink this weekend to get started; some folks have suggested a walker-type skate trainer (the frame they push around) or the kind you clip on their skates, but I've had others say that the best thing is to learn by doing, which is also how I did it (though I was older than she is now when I started). Anyone else have experience with teaching kids to skate?
