Murdoch Mysteries

Anyone else watch them? The whole series is free on xfinity on demand. Way cool imho. I wonder how accurate it is, though, about all that nifty technology they could use back in the 1890s.

It's also interesting to see the methods police were not debarred from using back then. Giving a criminal (or someone just brought in for questioning) the "third degree" had a totally different meaning then.

I do.  Great show.  Very enjoyable, without any commitment required.

Exactly.  You can flip from one episode to another without having to watch it linearly. Like Lame of Thrones. Oops, Game.

You think constable Crabtree is cute,  too?  8)  He's intelligent, but doesn't show it off.

For anyone who has xfinity, it is on their on demand shows. Every episode.

He's a very capable actor, but cute wouldn't be the first adjective that came to my mind.  Do you know something about me that I don't?

Is Toronto accurately depicted in this series? The city seems to be freer of crime than say, New York at the same time.

I didn't know that about the Confederate gold thing; was that true?

I did a class with a series regular.  I felt quite embarrassed that I didn't know his work.
