Haven’t knowingly eaten dog but have been to restaurants that have.

The Little Hanoi restaurant in Hanoi is one place.

Had a lunch there in 2014 where the puppies were so fresh they sat in a box at our feet.

Admittedly, I have no desire to eat dog even though I’m not a fan of them as pets.

Feel the same towards cats although I do like them as pets.

But if others can kill them swiftly and humanely then have at ‘er.

Now, as for guinea pig, well that is a specialty.

Had that tour at an equator museum in Ecuador in 2015 and there was the tour guide, my wife, myself, and a Swiss vegan.

We enter a hut and you can hear squealing from a pen in the far corner.

The guide asks: do you know what those are?

Wife replies: yes, we had one for dinner last night.

The vegan had this look of horror on her face as she looked down at the cute guinea pigs....
