I have a bottle of Smokehead in my cabinet! Also, a bottle of Peat monster, which is peaty as well, but maybe a bit more refined than Smokehead.
I like to sip Scotch neat, but with the Smokehead I pour it over a couple of cubes, give it a swirl, and that eases the smoke part to my liking. I've also mixed a bit of it straight into my little recipe for BBQ sauce and give some chicken breasts or steaks a wee swim in that for a while before it hits the grill.
