Oy...  that sounds awful Kimmy.

But it does remind me of a great martini I like to make... 

Gingertini (DO NOT add absinthe)
2oz gin
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/4 oz ginger syrup

Shake with ice and pour into martini glass.
