It's a paid streaming service, accessed via a website or app on your device. My LG TV also has an app for it.
https://app.curiositystream.com/I first checked it out about a year ago, and it didn't have much content so I didn't sign up. But when I checked back a month or so ago there was a lot more that looked interesting to me, so I took the plunge so to speak.
