Best/Worst Food Trends of 2017

This article is frickin' ridiculous.  I never heard of 19/20.  The ONE I heard of was Unicorn Drinks, because ONE PERSON on my FB feed this year bought one and posted.  This stuff needs to stop.  Now.

BBQ ?  Where are you ?

Yes, it's a better trend than anything in that list.

Avocado is **** gross.

I had a purposefully terrible food day today.  Dairy, chocolate, and fried food.  And couch.

Must be a Trump supporter. Nobody's gonna keep me from my guac! I'll blow a hole in Trump's wall if I need to.

I thought the border wall was a stupid idea, but if that wall would keep avocados out, then maybe it's worth building after all.

I don't eat meat so a lot of the foods that looked yummy to me were on the Worst list and the totally yucky looking ones made the Best list.  It's nice to know I march to the beat of my own drum.

Except the Boozy Ice Cream which made the Best list.  That looks delish!  (and I don't even like sweet liqueurs)

So an Ottawa company apparently makes THE SINGLE GREATEST KITCHEN GADGET IN THE HISTORY OF FOOD, a device that could QUITE POSSIBLY REDEFINE THE ENTIRE WORLD AS WE KNOW IT, or at least the cooking parts of it.

I hate food trends.

Guac and avocados takes like slimy green **** that oozed out of my ass.

Kale makes me vomit.

Quinoa...well I like some quinoa that one can stay.

Personally I think couscous is underrated.

You don't like Guac, where ya from upper rubber boot Alberta? When I get hungry, and energetic, I say to hell with the boring old meat and potatoes thing. I make my own guac, hummus, tzatziki, seafood sauce, and let some extra virgin and balsamic draw a border on a plate. Then it's fresh oysters, shrimp, sauteed calamari, a few petoncles, and fresh vegetables and toasted garlic naan or pita for dipping. I don't know if any of that is trendy but by god it's not only tasty but healthy too.

Nothing to do with Aberta mate.  You should try my Blue Cheese Guacamole.

I do everything else you mentioned too, home made and pure, apart from the seafood, which would probably make me chuck.  But it did that in England too.
