I grew up when the packaged food revolution was well matured. We ate bad food, but we didn't eat too much of it so we were still healthy. And we still walked to school and there were no video games so we exercised even if it was just walking.
But the candy in those days was atrocious
I think I just missed this candy but my younger siblings ate it all the time. I remembered wondering if it was safe to just eat pure sugar. They were already saying too much sugar *might* be bad. Have you ever seen this ?
Is nutrition improving ? Is it though ?
