I have a friend who is a vice principal who says one of their students identifies as a cat, and sometimes goes under their desk to meow. They aren't an anti-trans type, they are an NDP type. The student has some "issues" apparently so they just let them do it.
So yeah, this stuff does happen.
Your "friend" is probably lying to you, sorry. That or the kid is just f*cking with them.
