I mean, we've reached a point where it's hard to tell the difference between something that Titania McGrath wrote and something that a real university Diversity/Inclusion/Equity department wrote.

That said, I can't believe nobody has posted in this thread about the Pink Floyd Dark Side Of The Moon 50th Anniversary "controversy".  If you want to illustrate how ridiculous the "anti-woke" movement can be, that's your money shot right there.

Again: it's one thing for someone like you to see something fake in the wild and believe it because it validates your prejudices, another for major mainstream media sources to run stories about it without any kind of fact check so that people like you can see it and validate your prejudices.

Also: we're constantly being told by chumps from Elon Musk to our own resident Shithead that wokeness is a threat to our society and way of life, but like 90% (and I'm being generous here) of these things are low stakes anecdotes about cartoon characters or something some cringe Zoomer posted on TikTok. Even your own fictional example of "something that a real university Diversity/Inclusion/Equity department wrote" would absolutely no impact on anyone at all, but all y'all cannot shut the f(ck up about them! It doesn't matter, who cares, go outside etc etc! It's such an obvious distraction from the abject failure of society to improve the material conditions of many of the people who are a part of it.
