Yes, turns out it was staged by the restaurant owners. They were arrested today.

What is worse, is they set up a "GoFundMe" site for the attack to raise money for the cleanup.  The problem is, they created the page on March 20, a full month before the alleged attack, and even changed the reason why the GoFundMe page was set up in the first place.
